Urban proposal

  • The residential houses will be situated in an area, which is part of the larger territorial unit in the foothills of Carpathian Mountains, between the streets Podkolibská and Sliačska.
  • The residential houses will be built as villas. Topography of the site and terrain morphology predetrmine the houses to be built in two rows, with different height levels and slightly shifted to each other. There will be seven residential villas in total. They are proposed to be four-storied. Main entrances are oriented from the northern side. Objects are accessible by car through the basement. The residential complex is accessible seamlessly by car and by bus from Podkolibská cesta. Convenient and secure parking is provided by large garages under the complex. Architectural proposal

  • The residential houses are proposed as 7 city villas. They are low-rise detached houses. The villas are slightly shifted to each other, so that none of them has an obstructed view of the city. The houses are placed on two terraces with six meters height difference. The roofs of the basements are planned to be green, grassy areas. The buildings have a finish of white structured plaster combined with Fundermax cladding. Socle and entrance portal will be made of marble cladding. Frames of windows, entrance door and glass walls will be from adonised aluminium. Handrails on the balconies and loggias are made of laminated glass.
  • Each villa has an enterance hall, which leads to the central staircase with a light lit by daylight through the skylight. The building has 1 underground and 4 overground floors, where the last floor is designed as the „last recessed level“. Parking places, technical premises and common non-residential premises are proposed in the basement. On the 1st through 3rd floor there are 4 flats on each floor and 2 flats on the 4th floor. One residential house accommodates 14 residential units as follows: 2x two-room, 6x three-room and 6x four-room. The corner rooms have loggias. The residential premises on the ground floor are to have a private green area. Flats on the top floor have a terrace with a view. Retaining walls are proposed as a part of the common public area. Depending on their position they will be covered by climbing plants or they will be made from large stone blocks, or they will be equipped with street furniture. Retaining walls will be equipped with handrails.
